Crews from the Seminole County Fire Department were called around 7:30 a.m. and found flames on the second floor, going into the attic, said Chief Otto Drozd III. Firefighters had to rescue some residents and five people were injured, including two who were taken to the hospital, he said. Nearly 30 apartments were damaged.
