Hurricane Epsilon weakens to Category 1 storm; Caribbean system could affect Florida

After seeing a significant increase in wind speed on Wednesday, Hurricane Epsilon weakened Thursday into a Category 1 storm as it slid past Bermuda. Meanwhile, a system closer to Florida is gaining higher odds of development in the Caribbean.
