Tropical Storm Grace slowly intensifying into hurricane; TS Henri forecast to be a hurricane; Fred still a flood threat

The National Hurricane Center is keeping busy Tuesday morning monitoring the diminishing power of Tropical Depression Fred, the formation of Tropical Storm Henri, and the return of Tropical Storm Grace, the latter of which is forecast to become a hurricane by Friday.
