Tropical Storm Larry forms with projections of becoming a major hurricane

Tropical Storm Larry formed Wednesday morning in the eastern Atlantic and is chugging westward at 20 mph on a path to become a major hurricane, the National Hurricane Center said in its 5 a.m. update.
