Man killed in hotel parking lot of U.S. Highway 192 hotel, Osceola deputies say

Deputies responded to a call for shots fired at the Red Star Restaurant and Bar, 4561 U.S. Hwy 192, and found a man later identified as Kenneth Lester Leggett. They later learned he was shot next door in the parking lot of the Duo Boutique Hotel.
